Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable or personal-care items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are credited to your original
payment method or wallet balance within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with
photos of the item - we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Items
- Membership/registration fees, once account activation is complete.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless defective.
