By registering as a distributor or purchasing products from AYURSANSKAR, you agree to the following terms.

Distributor Registration

• You must be sponsored by an existing distributor to register.
• Information provided during registration (identity, bank, KYC) must be accurate and current.
• One individual may hold only one active distributor account.

Income & Payouts

• Income is calculated according to the active compensation plan and is subject to change with notice.
• Payouts require completed KYC verification and a valid bank account on file.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts found to result from fraudulent activity.

Orders & Products

• Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the referral/compensation structure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
